2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 21.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that matter was taken up on 13.10.2015 along with a batch of cases and some order was passed in O.A. No. 3440(C) of 2015. Thereafter the matter was not taken up/pursued.

2. It is fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing would survive at present for adjudication as the challenge in the Original Application was to an advertisement dated 1.8.2015 and for relaxation of upper age limit for appointment of Livestock Inspector.
