This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The order dated 30.08.2022 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada, in I.A. No. 20 of 2021(arising out of C.P. No. 110 of 2021) is under challenge before this Court whereby an application filed by the Petitioner under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC has been rejected.

In course of hearing, Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not want to press this Writ Petition and prays for withdrawal of the same to move learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada for redressal of his grievances. 5.

In view of such submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
