2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"Let the original application be admitted, notices may be issued to the respondents and after hearing the parties this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents to fix the seniority of the applicant at the grade of Khalasi under regular establishment over and above his juniors who came to the said grade i.e. w.e.f 1.1.2009 and all service benefits be disbursed in favour of the applicant, or Alternately the respondents be directed to take a decision on the representation of the applicant under Annexure-7."

Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner also.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
