01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " Under the above circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Tribunal be graciously pleased to quash the order of promotion dated 22.12.2014 of the respondent no. 3 and direct the respondents no. 1 and 2 to promote the applicant to the rank of Havildar in place of the respondent no. 3 w.e.f. from the date he was promoted and grant all consequential service and financial benefits to the applicant;

And may further be pleased to pass any order(s) or direction (s) as deem fit and proper."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 27.12.2014 at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition

// 2 // before the O.P. No.2, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

4. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
