Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) To regularize the services of the applicant from the initial date of engagement. (ii) To give all financial and consequential benefits from the initial date of engagement. (iii) and may pass such other order / orders as deemed just and proper".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.4 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.4 shall

// 2 // do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.4 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. While considering the claim, the said Opposite Party shall take into consideration the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court rendered in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka vs. Uma Devi (3), (2006) 4 SCC-1, State of Karnatak vs. M.L.Keshari, (2010) 9 SCC 247, Nihal Singh & Others vs. State of Punjab & Others, 2013 (14) SCC 65 and Amarkant Rai vs. State of Bihar & Others, 2015 (8) SCC 265.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
