2. 1. When the matter was last taken up on 12.07.2022, it was adjourned to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to file his response to the counter and so also to enable the learned counsel for the State to obtain up-to-date instruction.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter at present on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
