This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.49 of 2016 (C) was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.49 of 2016. 3.

The Petitioner, Lady Health Visitor, Salepur, C.H.C. prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties for consideration of sanctioning 1st and 2nd Revised Assured Career Progression, which effective from 01.01.2013.

It is submitted that even though the Odisha Administrative Tribunal vide order dated 16.11.2011 passed in O.A. No.520 (C) of 2005 directed for fixation of salary according to Revised Scale of Pay Rules, 2006, the authorities concerned have not complied with. 5.

Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties submitted that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
