1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in anticipation of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 407/420/34 IPC.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender in connection with Gobindpur P.S. Case No.181 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 617 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kuchinda within a period of two weeks' hence and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court

// 2 // with further conditions that the Petitioners shall furnish cash security of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each besides the other conditions and shall not indulge any similar criminal activities while on bail. Violation of any of the terms and conditions shall entail cancellation of bail of the Petitioners automatically. The Petitioners shall not move out of the jurisdiction of the court without the leave of the Court. They shall not terrorize or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever; shall appear before the I.O. / I.I.C. of the concerned P.S. once in a week on such date and time to be so fixed by the I.O. / I.I.C. for a period of six months or till submission of the Final Form as the case may be.
