1. The Petitioners' representation at Annexure-4 series shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Kakatpur and after notice to the Petitioners and Opposite Party Nos.4 to 8 and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st March, 2023. Copy of such order be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
