Heard Mr. G.S. Namtor, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N.K. Praharaj, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Stateopposite parties. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.3 to regularize his services and pay all his arrears within a stipulated time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order of the Tribunal in the case of Maheswar Mahanta v. State of Odisha, (O.A. No. 1343 (C) of 2015 disposed of on 12.05.2015). Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid order. 5.
In view of the above submission, as agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party-authorities to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the order dated 12.05.2015 passed by the Tribunal in the case of Maheswar Mahanta (supra) and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
