This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore prayed that Your Lordship would be graciously pleased to admit this writ application, issue notice to the opposite parties to show cause, as to why this writ application shall not be allowed and if the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, then allow this writ application by directing the opposite parties to disburse the genuine claim of the petitioner and dispose of his representation dt. 03.12.2021 within a stipulated time.

And may pass any such order / orders, writ / writs that will deem fit and proper, in the above facts and circumstances of the present case."

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as this Court finds, on the selfsame issue the Petitioner has already made a representation to the B.D.O, Baliapal-O.P. No.2 vide Annexure-3, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision in the

// 2 // matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
