The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 21st December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 25.08.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued thereafter nor there is any further pleadings by any of the parties.

The O.A. was filed in the year 2015 by the petitioner who was then working as Assistant Teacher in Hanumanpur Primary School, At-Hanumanpur, P.O.- Nalam, Dist.-Angul, challenging his order of transfer and posting dated 14.08.2015 on the ground of violation of the guidelines.

Learned Standing Counsel, School and Mass Education referring to the averments made in the writ
// 2 // petition submits that considering the nature of grievances i.e. challenge to a order of transfer, nothing would survive for adjudication.

A prayer is made on behalf of the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition/O.A.
