This Court finds surprise in long pendency of S.R.P. Case No.816 of 2017. Order-sheet involving above case, Lawyers remain absent for long time becoming an impediment in the disposal of the case. This Court for the undertaking of the Petitioner, while directing disposal of the above case at least within four months, records the undertaking of the Petitioner that in the event the Lawyer of the Bar remains non-cooperative, he himself shall conduct the case on the date of hearing to be fixed by the Commissioner, Consolidation, Berhampur on a copy of the order of this Court being produced by the Petitioner.
