1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 21.12.2021, after the Original Application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.
3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued by the learned Tribunal on 29.10.2015 and the matter was never take up/pursued thereafter. Counter on behalf of opposite party dated 14.11.2018 filed before the learned Tribunal is available on record.
4. The Original Application was filed in the year 2015 challenging the orders dated 25.06.2015 and 06.07.2015 (Annexure-10) revoking the order of regularization of the petitioner-Sukantimani Singh, then working in Ganbiamuahan Primary School under Derabish Block
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter on behalf of the petitioner at present.

6. Learned Standing Counsel has referred to the averments made in paragraph-8 of the counter filed by the opposite parties before the learned Tribunal. The said averments made in paragraph-8 of the counter are quoted herein : "8. That it is respectfully submitted that in the meantime, the petitioner-Sukantimani Singh submitted the training pass certificate and basing on this certificate, she was declared as regular primary school teacher w.e.f. 27.12.2014 in order no.471 dated 19.12.2015 of the Collector, Kendrapara with due approval of the Collector. The copy of the order is hereby annexed as Annexure-B/3."

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that in view of the order dated 19.12.2015 (Annexure-B/3), after the petitioner was declared to be a regular Primary School Teacher with effect from 27.12.2014, i.e., the date on which she acquired training qualification, nothing would survive at present for adjudication.
8. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach for any further cause of action. ( M.S.Sahoo) Judge Gs
