This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider her representation/appeal at Annexure-8 in order to grant the service benefits in her favour by antedating her regularization/regular appointment in the regular post of HW(F) as per Annexures-3 and 4 with effect from the date of initial joining i.e. 22.06.2007, as has been done by the other KBK CDMOs in respect of similarly situated persons along with all consequential service and financial benefits.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-8 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
