2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"To direct the S.P., Keonjhar to make payment of his arrear salary covering the period from the date of removal and rejoin in service on re-instatement i.e. 6.6.2007 to 21.6.2009 along with increments and other service benefit;
To pass any other order/orders, directions as would be deemed fit and proper which would give complete relief to the applicant." 4.
The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.4 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.4 to take
// 2 // a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
