Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner involving the Order No.

straightway notice under Annexure-4 directing the Petitioner to clear the encroachment within three days. The Petitioner has a serious allegation of issuing of such notice without even involving the Petitioner. To avoid unnecessary delay in disposal of such matter, this Court observes, provided the Petitioner is not already involved before issuing such notice, it may be open to the Petitioner to raise his objection to Annexure-4 at last within a period of seven days by submitting such objection before the Executive Officer, Bolangir Municipal Council. In the event the impugned notice dated 29.10.2022 is not worked out as of now, the objection of the Petitioner first will be considered and decision on the request of the

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Since supply of certified copy of this order may get delay, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to communicate this order to the Authority concerned by way of affidavit.
