01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter was called.

3. Considering the prayer made in the writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation before O.P. No. 2.

4. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs:

"(i) the respondents be directed to treat the period from 29.12.1972 to 1.12.2004 as duty and pay the full pension as per revised proposal by quashing Annexure-3.

(ii) To direct the Respondents to pay the arrear differential pension from retirement to till date with interest at commercial rate.

(iii) Allow the application with cost."

5. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant

// 2 // documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

6. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
