This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has also no instructions as to what steps the S.P., Koraput has taken for apprehension of the Petitioner despite he was ordered to intimate this Court.

It is however, directed that the S.P., Koraput shall submit a report to be placed before this Court as to the steps taken for apprehension of the Petitioner who was released on interim bail by an order passed on 06.04.2021 by this Court in I.A. No. 123 of 2021 arising out of BLAPL No. 8906 of 2020. However, the matter may not be listed again since it has already been disposed of. Learned counsel for the State is also requested to communicate the aforesaid order to the S.P., Koraput. 5.
