1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. Considering the grounds taken by learned counsel for the Petitioner, one week's further time from today is extended for the Petitioner, as a last chance, to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 23.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.14059 of 2022, other conditions in the said order remaining intact, but subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the Money Receipt thereof before the concerned court.

3. It is made clear that, this order will not be in force, in case the Petitioners fail to take advantage of the present order.

4. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
