1. Prayer for modification, as sought for, is allowed.

2. In para-4 of the order dated 03.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.14060 of 2022, the words and figures "G.R. Case No.287 of 2021" is hereby corrected and replaced by the words and figures "G.R. Case No.287-A of 2021".

3. Two weeks' further time from today is granted for the Petitioners to surrender before the competent court as per the aforesaid order dated 03.11.2022, other terms and conditions in the said order remaining unchanged.
