1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in paragraph-3 last line of the order dated 7th April, 2022 instead of mentioning the offences as "20(b)(ii)(C) of N.D.P.S. Act" offences under Sections "420/467/468/471/506/34 of I.P.C." have been inadvertently mentioned.

4. In view of the submissions as above, the prayer made in the application is allowed. It is directed that in the last line of the order dated 7th April, 2022 passed in BLAPL No.9645/2021 the offences "420/467/468/471/506/34 of I.P.C." be deleted and in its place the offences "20(b)(ii)(C) of N.D.P.S. Act" be substituted.
5. Office is directed to carry out the correction.
6. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
