The Petitioner alleged that the application extended by her is being refused orally by the Assistant Settlement Officer, Major Settlement, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2.

This Court, however, without entering into such complain at this stage, disposes of this matter with a direction that in the event the Petitioner extends the application under the appropriate provision of law, the Opposite Party no.2 may accept the same, entertain the application and dispose of the same with involvement of the Petitioner in accordance with law.
