02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. The present writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Allow the original application.

(ii) Issue notice to the respondents.

(iii) To quash the advertisement No. 3 of 2015-16 issued by the OPSC dated 17.04.2015 under Annexure-1 for the post of Asst. Executive (Mech.) only for the interest of justice.

(iv) And pass any such other order/orders as deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

4. It is submitted by Mr. Jena, learned counsel appearing for the Commission that the process of selection has been completed in the

// 2 // meantime with issuance of order of appointment in favour of the selected candidates. It is also submitted that such selected candidates have already joined in the meantime.

5. In view of such submission, the prayer as made in the writ Petition cannot be entertained at present.
