02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. This writ Petition has been filed challenging the show-cause notice issued on 02.07.2015 by the Collector, Sundargarh under Annexure-1.
4. Since the writ Petition has been filed as against a show-cause notice, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ Petition. However, it is observed that if the Petitioner files his reply to such show-cause within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of this order, then O.P. No. 2 shall consider the same and pass appropriate order thereon by giving personal hearing to the Petitioner.

5. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three
(3) months from the date of receipt of this order. It is observed that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of this case.
