01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Satyaban Sahoo on behalf of Mr. H.K. Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Admit the Original Application;

(ii) Call for the entire service records of the applicant; (iii) After hearing the parties allow the Original Application and direct the respondents to allow the applicant to sign the Attendance Register and direct to give the applicant all the consequential service benefits as admissible as per law. (iv) And pass such other order/orders as may be deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

4. It is submitted by Mr. Mohanty, learned standing counsel that in the meantime the Petitioner has already been paid with arrear

// 2 // entitlement for the period April, 2013 to April, 2015. In view of such submission no further relief can be granted to the Petitioner.
