Mr. D. Dhar, learned Counsel contended that the brief has been transferred from him and as such, he has no instruction in this matter.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State contended that the Opposite Parties have filed Counter affidavit and in paragraph-3 thereof, they have stated that the Non Refundable GPF of Rs.235000/- has already been drawn vide Bill No. 93 dated 11.11.2016 and credited to the SB Account No.30286452209 in SBI of the applicant.

In view of the above, since the relief sought by the Petitioner has already been granted, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same stands disposed of.
