This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.
This writ petition involves the following prayer. "Therefore, it is prayed that, the writ petition may be admitted, the records may be called for and after hearing the parties the same may be allowed;
directing the opposite parties No.3 in particular to recommend the cases of the petitioner's members for grant/renewal of Railway Passes as per Clause 4.7 of Annexure-5;
A N D directing the opposite parties No.4 to act upon such recommendation;
A N D Grant/renew their Railway Passes;
A N D By granting any other relief(s) as found fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this
Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-4 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
