It is stated by the learned counsel for the parties that the decree of divorce has been passed by the Judge, Family Court, Balasore by mutual consent in Civil Proceeding No. 24 of 2022. The marriage therefore stood dissolved by virtue of the said decree of divorce dated 23.08.2022.

A copy of the said judgment and decree dated 23.08.2022 has been filed by memo which is taken on record.

In view of the said decree of divorce, this appeal has become infructuous and accordingly the same is dismissed as infructuous. 5.
