This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following relief:

"In the above facts and circumstance, it is most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties and after hearing the parties this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct them- (i) to recover of Rs.10,390/- instead of Rs.2740/- along with interest from Tilottama Mohanty, the then Secretary of the Rahanja Service Co-operative Society Ltd. and same will be paid against the loan of the petitioner and to update the pass book of the petitioner accordingly.

(ii) To take appropriate legal action against Tilottama Mohanty, the then Secretary of the Rahanja Service Co-operative Society Ltd. due to misappropriation of the petitioner's money. And, may pass any other order/orders as may deem fit and proper;

And, for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

In course of hearing, Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to move the statutory authority for redressal of his grievances. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
