CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
11.02.2022 01.
1.
It is stated by Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Opposite Order No.
Party-contemnor that involving the selfsame issue the Petitioner himself has filed a writ petition bearing W.P.(C) No.17808 of 2016, which is still pending.
2.
Keeping the above statement made by Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Opposite Party-contemnor in view, this Court observes, once the Petitioner brings a writ petition being aggrieved by the order of the Tribunal, he will not be permitted to seek direction for working out the said order of the Tribunal. In such view of the matter, this Court finds, there is no possibility to entertain the Contempt Petition, which is, hereby, dropped.
