1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This application for anticipatory bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners in anticipation of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 341/323/325/294/354(B)/506/34, I.P.C., in connection with G.R. Case No.950 of 2022 arising out of Salipur P.S. Case No.321 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Salipur.

3. Considering the submission of the parties, the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, the circumstances appearing, seriousness and gravity of the offence, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender and move for bail before the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur in the aforesaid G.R. Case within a period of three weeks hence, they shall be admitted to bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court and further conditions as follows -

// 2 // (i) The Petitioners shall appear before the I.O. once in a week till submission of charge-sheet;

(ii) They shall also appear before the trial court on each date of trial, without fail, till conclusion of the trial. (iii) They shall not threaten, terrorise, ill-treat or harass the Informant and her family members including the prosecution witnesses in any manner whatsoever.

(iv) They shall not indulge in any other crime of similar nature in any manner whatsoever, while on bail.

Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.

4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
