This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defect within three days.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to transfer the petitioner from DEO, Koraput in the District of Koraput to DEO, Bhadrak in the district of Bhadrak as per the Government of Odisha, General Administration Department Notification published on 06.08.1986 and Notification dated 13.12.1991, i.e. the posting of coupled Teachers at the same station under Annexure-3 series and to consider her grievance as the similarly placed Secondary School Teachers like the petitioner have transferred under Annexure-4 series within a stipulated period.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-5 and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time, to which learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Deptt. has no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
