This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This is an application for extension of time for compliance of order dated 4th January, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

Taking into consideration the averments made in the application as well as submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the IA is allowed.

The time period provided in order dated 4th January, 2022 is extended for a further period of fifteen days from today. 5.

If the Petitioner makes an application within a period of fifteen days hence, in the manner detailed in paragraph -5 of said order dated 4th January, 2022, the same shall be considered by the Tahasildar, Betnoti-Opposite Party No.2, who shall make an endeavour for early disposal of Mutation Case No.2352 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing such application.

Order dated 4th January, 2022 is modified to the above extent.

The IA is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
