2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"The impugned order dated 29.3.2016 passed by the State Government under Annexure-4 may be quashed as the same is contrary to the Orissa Subordinate Tribal Welfare Education (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1993 and the respondents may be further directed to consider the case of the applicants for promotion to the Senior Grade of Service under the Orissa Subordinate Tribal Welfare Education (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1993 and till their cases are considered for promotion to the Senior Grade of service the applicants may not be replaced from the post of Headmasters of their respective Schools as per the Government order dated 29.3.2016"

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 in that regard within a period of one week from today.

It is observed that if any such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
