1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in anticipation of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 147/148/294/342/332/506/363/149, I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he does not press this bail application in respect of Petitioner No.4 - Sanatana Behera. In view of such submission, the ABLAPL is dismissed as not pressed so far as Petitioner No.4 - Sanatana Behera is concerned.

4. So far as other Petitioners, i.e. Petitioner Nos.1, 2 & 3 are concerned, keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the

// 2 // seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event these Petitioners surrender and move for bail before the learned S.D.J.M., Angul in G.R. Case No.133 of 2000 corresponding to Purunakote P.S. Case No.6 of 2000 within a period of three weeks from today, they shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court, but subject to the further conditions that the Petitioners shall appear before the I.O. once in a week till submission of charge-sheet and shall also appear before the trial court on each date of trial, without fail, till conclusion of the trial.

5. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
