1. Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

2. Prayer for modification, as sought for, is allowed.

3. In 5th line of Paragrah-4 of the order dated 13.12.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.14071 of 2022, the words "S.D.J.M., Puri" are hereby corrected and replaced by the words "J.M.F.C., Kanas".

4. Two weeks further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below as per the aforesaid order dated 13.12.2022, but subject to payment of cost of ₹500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the Money Receipt thereof before the concerned court. It is made clear that, other conditions in the said order remain unchanged.

5. The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
