Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) To direct the respondents to select the applicant for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police and appoint her with all service and consequential benefits".

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the petitioner has got appointment in the meantime. 5.
Since the benefit has already been extended, nothing remains to be decided in the present Writ Petition and the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file any application, if any cause of action still subsists.
