However, at the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner files a memo in Court stating that the matter has become infructuous and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

Considering the submission made and in view of memo filed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Memo so filed be kept on record.
