2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"(i) The Respondent be directed to refix/revise the pay of the applicant as per ORSP Rules, 1998 w.e.f. 01.09.1996 instead of 01.01.1996 and consequential pay revision be corrected accordingly.
(ii) The Respondents be directed to re-fix one annual increment in favour of the applicant by deferring the date of re-fixation of pay from 1.1.1996 to 01.09.1996 and consequential pay revision from 01.09.2006 instead of 01.01.2006 under annexure-4.
(iii) The Respondents be directed to calculate and release the arrears arising out of such refixation of pay w.e.f. 01.09.1996 instead of 01.01.1996 and release in favour of the applicant, within a date to be fixed by this Hon'ble Tribunal."

Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh
// 2 // representation before Opp. party No.2 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner also.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
