3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the order of rejection of Director, of Secondary Education, Bhubaneswar, Odisha rejecting his representation to compute his training period rendered in NonGovernment aided School towards his qualifying service while calculating the pension.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the relief sought for by him has already been extended to him due to changing rule of the Government. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.
