1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in anticipation of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 448/354-D/354/354-B, I.P.C.

3. It appears that, the incident took place on 06.11.2022 whereas F.I.R. has been lodged on 23rd October, 2022. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, an attempt for settlement of the dispute between the parties has also been made in the meanwhile.

4. Keeping in view all such facts and the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail before the learned J.M.F.C. (P), Kujang in G.R. Case No.1042 of 2022 arising

// 2 // out of Kujang P.S. Case No.404 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today, he shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.

5. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
