applicant. He submits, his client was writ petitioner. The writ petition was disposed of by order dated 9th May, 2022, in view of common order of same date made in W.P.(C) no.10502 of 2019. He submits, he has instructions to withdraw the application as his client wants to file fresh writ petition.
