Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The respondents may kindly be directed to regularize the service of the applicant under regular establishment in view of the resolution dated 15.05.1997 under Annexure-6 and also under the Government order No.17031 dated 108.1981.
(ii) The respondents may kindly be directed to treat the applicant as a regular employee of a regular establishment of Minor Irrigation Department and grant all the benefits such as Pension, gratuity, leave salary and other benefit of a regular employee w.e.f. 1.4.2015 as the applicant retired from his service w.e.f. 31.3.2015.
(iii) And / or to grant them all the benefits of regular employees of the State Government within a specified period.
(iv) And / or may kindly also grant any other relief and / or relief's which your Lordship
// 2 // deem fit and proper for the benefit of the applicants".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
