This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application P.No. 105 (C) of 2016 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPC) No. 105 of 2016.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition for consideration of appointment under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme in terms of Odisha Civil Service (Rehabilitation Assistance) Rules, 1990.

It is submitted that the Deputy Collector (General & Misc.), Collectorate, Cuttack has directed the Tahasildar, Tangi-Choudwar vide letter dated 29th September, 2011 for furnishing certain information by way of enquiry report. It is stated that nothing has moved thereafter any further. 5.

Heard Mr. Aurovinda Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Manoj Kumar Khuntia, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

In view of the aforesaid submission at the bar, it is appropriate to direct the authority concerned to consider and dispose of the application pending before him, the authority concerned is free to take a decision within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and the decision taken be communicated to the Petitioner.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
