This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.106 (C) of 2016 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAPC) No.106 of 2016.

The grievance of the Petitioner was that being arrested on 19.04.2014 by the Inspector, Vigilance, Berhampur in Berhampur Vigilance Case No.9 of 2014, the Petitioner was released on bail on 24.04.2014 and the authority concerned has not accepted the joining report of the Petitioner. 4.

At the time of hearing today, it is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
