This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

The Petitioner having been implicated in Hinjili P.S. Case No.450 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.395 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offence under section 420/294/507 of the IPC pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Hinjilikatu, has filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of his arrest. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and keeping in view the nature of accusations as to the role of these Petitioner as also the manner of commission of offences as those emanate from the

// 2 // materials on record; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

It is, however, observed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court below and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit further taking into account all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper prospective and disposed of early in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is dismissed.

The interim order dated 29.11.2021 stands vacated. Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
