1. Inasmuch as the order dated 3rd February, 2022 is an appealable one, the Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage. Permitting the Petitioner to avail of the said remedy in accordance with law, the writ petition is disposed of.
2. If such appeal is filed not later than 1st February, 2023 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay explaining the delay on account of the pendency of the present petition, it will be taken into account by the Appellate Authority in accordance with law. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view on merits.
