The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer.
This Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the Respondents to modify the order of appointment dated 28.6.2014 as regular appointment with regular pay band and grade pay as has been prescribed under Advertisement dated 8.7.2013 with all consequential benefits. To quash the notification dated 31.8.2016 under Annexure-4."

It is submitted that pursuant to the advertisement issued under Annexure-1 for regular appointment of Revenue Inspector/Asst. Revenue Inspector/Amin/Jr. Stenographer, the petitioners were appointed vide order dated 28.6.2014 under Annexure-2 for the post of Amin.

This Court after going through the materials available on record finds that the petitioners were
// 2 // appointed on regular basis vide order dated 28.6.2014 under Annexure-2 and there is no need for any modification of the said order. This Court finds that the present writ petition has been filed on apprehension after issuance of the notification issued by the Government under Annexure-4.

Since pursuant to the advertisement issued under Annexure-1, the petitioners have been appointed on a regular post, the prayer made in the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
