1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 22.12.2021, after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued by the learned Tribunal on 05.10.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued thereafter. Counter on behalf of opposite party no.3 dated 19.01.2016 filed before the learned Tribunal is available on record.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is not pressed.

5. Learned counsel for opposite party no.3 referring to the counter submits that challenge to the educational qualification in the advertisement published in the year 2015 for recruitment of Assistant Fisheries Officer would not sustain as the recruitment is as per the Odisha Fisheries

6. Learned Additional Standing Counsel reiterates the submissions that since the advertisement has been made in accordance with the statutory Rules, it cannot be faulted with.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
